국내 다문화 부부 상담 관련 연구 동향: 2015 ~ 2025년 논문을 중심으로

Objectives: This study aimed to systematically review domestic research on multicultural couple counseling conducted between 2015 and 2025, with a focus on research trends, theoretical foundations, counseling structures, effectiveness, and methodological characteristics. Methods: A total of 15 studies were selected based on PRISMA guidelines and analyzed in terms of major counseling theories, intervention approaches, outcome variables, and research designs. Results: Communication and relationship improvement emerged as the primary outcome variables, with marital satisfaction, adaptation, and mutual understanding also frequently examined. Theoretically, communication theory and family systems theory were predominantly applied in an integrative manner. Methodologically, clinical intervention studies were prevalent, and qualitative research approaches were more dominant overall. Conclusions: The findings highlight limitations including the lack of standardized counseling structures, cultural bias in samples, and insufficient consideration of language variables. This study provides a foundation for an integrated understanding of multicultural couple counseling and offers directions for future research.
