초록

Since the 2000s, social interests in quality of life have been rapidly grown and legislative demands have also been increased in cultural area. As a result, a lot of laws have been suggested in various areas and put on the table of the National Assembly for discussion. This paper examines current status of laws and explores legislative demands in cultural area. For the purpose, it investigates how broad and strong the legislative demands are in the area and reviews policy responses on the demands. As a conclusion, it underlines necessity of systematic policy response corresponding them and proposes that legislative policy should be formulated and fortified more actively in cultural areas.
