초록

In this study, the overall experiences of coaching activities and coaching activities in the process of socio-cultural perspective in female sports coaches were explored through in-depth interviews. Navigation information pertained coach introductory motivation, experience, coaching activities for the finalgoal of the coaching activities and obstacles, including a variety of experience in coaching activities. Analysis could find the motivation from external factors, according to the internal factors of the individual and the environment, career coach. First, the entry status and working conditions for female coaches were slightly increased; however, they were struggled with contract renewal and employment insecurity. Second, female sports coach considered social prejudice and inequality, interpersonal difficulties, and the imbalance of work and home as difficulties. In order to foster research and development of female coaching staff, instead of stereotypes, dichotomous approach is needed.
