초록

The main reasons for which women are forced to choose prostitution vary. They couldn't have had enough chances to get educated(or not at all) in a sexist and patriarchal society, or they would have been very poor, or physically and mentally abused in the past. These caused them to get trafficked in brothels or to choose prostitution as a job only because there were any other choices left to them. If the women engaged in sex trade had no option to choose prostitution for survival, it would be meaningless to discuss the morality without explaining the matter of women's poverty in this society. However, there are people who claim the moral hazard of prostitution without consideration of the economic situation in which the women are faced, trying to focus on the immorality of the women claiming they chose prostitution just because they were immoral. Current anti-prostitution legislation divide them into two equal parts: the ones who were forced to get involved in prostitution without any intention and the ones who got involved voluntarily. Accordingly, the law protects the formers providing general supports including legal protection, on the other hand it punishes the latter as criminals. Introduction the concept of prostitution victims has resulted in a positive aspect bringing legal and institutional supports for them, it has also contributed to reinforce stigmatizing effect on the women engaged in sex trade. It is estimated that there are more than 150 thousands women working at brothels, when including the internet the number will be more like 270 thousands. The increase in the number of prostitution is caused by the social framework with sexual discrimination. That is why we should adjust our laws, institutions and also social awareness which have served our society strongly. The evidence that a society has advanced appears in the ways the society takes care of the people vulnerable. This study, therefore, reviews the legislative, political support systems for the women who escaped from prostitutions substantially focusing on anti-prostitution legislation funding and budget adjustment.
