Design and synthesis of new DNA photocleavers, 4 '-bromoacetophenone-pyrrolecarboxamide hybrid compounds

초록

4-Bromoacctophenone-pyrrolecarboxamide conjugates were designed and synthesized as photoinducible DNA cleaving agents which can generate monophenyl radicals capable of causing the hydrogen atom abstraction which initiates the scission of DNA.
