This study is about the development and creation of an art work installation that the researcher, an floral art designer and party planner, created to enhance the fun atmosphere of a party for children. In this study, the meaning and function of parties and children's parties were researched through literature to organize the background for the creation of the artwork. Then, Keith Haring's work, which was utilized as a motif for this work, and his art world were reviewed to reveal why the researcher has chosen Keith Haring's work as a motif for this work. In the third chapter, the researcher's actual process of creating the artwork was documented from the concept development and to each step of the production. Various modifications, transformations, and complements were made to transform two-dimensional works of Keith Haring into three-dimensional works, and the resulting works were presented. By introducing simple, playful, and humorous lines from Keith Haring's works and combining them with transparent, colorful, and highly saturated botanical materials to express the feeling of freedom, chance, intuition, and spontaneity with the vibrancy of botanical materials, one installation and one portable work were created and presented to inspire children's party atmosphere. These works were exhibited with a super-graphic work and a rotating table that goes with the party atmosphere, and the scene was also reported. To summarize the empirical points gained during the research process, firstly, the three-dimensionalization of Keith Haring's two-dimensional flat works required various variations and complements. Secondly, the production of actual displayable art sculptures requires structural reinforcement according to the size of the resulting artwork and detailed design considerations for operational needs. Lastly, various exhibition plans are needed to enhance the effect of the exhibition. In the exhibition of this work, supergraphics and rotating displays were introduced, but also lighting, shadow, music, and effects could be added to further revitalize the party atmosphere. However, the greatest achievement of the exhibition is the experience of introducing and creating a new atmosphere in the artistic design work by applying the expressive features and atmosphere of Keith Haring, who loves freedom and fun, breathes with the public, and above all loves children and has made various contributions to them.
