The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation among human resource development, corporate performance, and organizational change, which are the key factors for corporate innovation. To achieve research purposes, we conducted the path analysis for 397 companies, using the human capital corporate panel (HCCP), AMOS 22, and SPSS 21.0 programs. As a result of the analysis, it was found that human resource development had a positive effect on the corporate performance. In addition, human resource development had a positive effect on organizational change, and organizational change mediated the relationship between human resource development and corporate performance. The positive impact of human resource development on corporate performance can be interpreted as the same as previous studies. In addition, corporate performance can be expanded through the influence factor of organizational change, which was a component of corporate innovation, companies can simultaneously impact corporate innovation and performance creation through organizational changes in conjunction with establishing systems.
