More than 40 core technologies have been leaked to foreign county annually in Korea and the estimated damage is calculated from 66 to 105 billion dollar. The survey results by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry revealed that more than 20% of companies experienced the divulgence of industrial technology. Most divulgence are committed by insiders instead of outsiders. The most desirable strategy is to prevent the leakage of industrial technology or trade secret, but it is not possible than none of them is leaked to outside or competitors. It is necessary to find out the suspects and investigate the ways of leakage as soon as possible when the divulgence of industrial technology. However, most suspects deny their activities although evidence exists. This study suggests how companies interview the suspects and provide detailed interview techniques.
