초록
The 21st century is the era of the culture. Nations of the world have been various attempts using a variety of cultural resources to develop cultural tourism products and to stimulate the economy by attracting tourists. It can be called 'The era of competition of cultural resources'. In this study, a plan for community revitalization using its own resources to find cultural environment factors, which apply to the actual area of villages to improve the factors and to confirm effectiveness of the improved factors. In addition, using a local identity in regard to tourism development, the natural scenery is considered to be priority for community identity. The cultural resources take advantage of experience program, and to make local identity, place marketing and storytelling should be used for raising the need to access.
