초록

This study investigates the Pilates center's servicescape and SNS information quality and determines how it affects continued participation. The population was 459 female participants in Pilates classes held at Pilates centers in Seoul and the metropolitan area. Data were analyzed using the SPSS (Windows Ver. 26.0) statistical program using questionnaires, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression. The analysis was conducted and the following results were obtained. First, the servicescape of the Pilates center had a significant impact on continuation of participation. Second, the quality of the Pilates center's SNS information had a significant impact on continued participation. The results of the study showed that the Pilates center's servicescape and SNS information quality were closely correlated with continued participation, and it was proven that the Pilates center's servicescape and SNS information quality were important factors in determining continued participation in Pilates classes. Pilates will continue to expand into the best exercise program for women's leisure and health promotion. At this point, in order to elicit continued commitment and participation from members, the importance of the servicescape must be recognized and Pilates classes must be provided in a flexible manner by providing abundant SNS planning and continuous feedback.
