The purpose of this study is to analyze factors that influence the turnover intention in early career of graduates as well as their characteristics using Graduate Occupational Mobility Survey (GOMS) data. This study reviewed if the early career of graduates had stayed at their first job from panel data. Based on preceding research, the data regarding job type, employment type, working hours, earned income, preparation for turnover, and school life in 2018 GOMS were used. The analysis was conducted, targeting 7,855 early career of graduates in total. When Elastic Net was applied, 73 variables were chosen and found to be suitable. Consequently, the analysis results showed that age, marriage, the number of household members living together, satisfaction on groups where belong, emotion for the past month, sleepign hours, smoking status, and disability of sense organs were chosen as variables from the personal territory. For the school category, a total of 17 variables were selected. For the job category, a total of 46 variables were selectedBased on research findings, this study suggests the way to reduce turnover in early career of graduates.
