The purposes of this study are to analyze the relative importance and priority of policy Infrastructure for activating the veteran culture contents and to suggest the implications for policy using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Through the review of previous studies, the policy Infrastructures for activating the veteran culture contents are categorized into three factors; law-system, implementation system, budget and financial resources. The detailed measures for each factor are derived. This study conducted a survey on two groups; academic and practical experts. The analysis results show that the academic experts are in the order of implementation system, budget and financial resources, and law-system. On the other hand, the practical experts appear in the order of budget and financial resources, implementation system, and law-system. The results also confirm that differences in the perceptions between the two group on the detailed measures for each policy Infrastructure area are significant. Based on these results, this study discusses the policy implications for activating veteran culture contents.
