The purpose of this study is to derive the process and meaning of the collaborative action research on children’s participation rights and to provide the foundation of education for respecting children's participation rights. This study was conducted by using action research approach and was experimented on 18 children at the age of four to five-years-old with three teachers and a researcher. The action research was consisted of spiral cycle structure of planning-implementation-observation-reflection thinking-re planning and was done from April in 2019 to February in 2020. As for the result, it showed the three process of respecting the children’s participation rights and the meaning of respecting the children’s participation rights. The meaning of respecting the children’s participation rights is to establish the existence value of children as a subject of rights. we will be able to know the optimistic meaning of respecting children’s view and children can express their opinions freely and ask questions and respecting others' right to participate to establish the existence value of children as a subject of rights. the other meaning is the change of teacher’s perception on respecting the children’s participation rights. And finally we will be able to know the meaning of teacher’s dilemma in respecting children’s participation rights in the classroom.
