대학 수업컨설팅 ‘슈퍼비전’ 체제 구성방안

초록

This study proposed the formation of ‘Supervision’ system to strengthen the university instructional consultations and instructional consultants. So far, we have proposed the consultant competencies in the university instructional consulting area, proposed the ‘supervision’ education program, the ‘supervision’ relationship for ‘supervision’ and the role of ‘supervisor’. ‘Supervision’ as a method for professional development in the field of university instructional consulting requires consideration of aspects of the capacity development of instruction consultants and supportive aspects of instructional consulting results. Through the composition and implementation of ‘supervision’, it will be possible to manage the quality of instructional consultaion, which is the central process of teaching-learning development at university. Through continuous research, I expect that this system will provide a way for students to reflect on their university education.
