초록

This study aims to reduce the stress from making a career decision and preparing, acting for career of university students. To answer the research questions this study, setting a research model and testing that. And then, this study analyzed using Multiple Group Analysis. As a result, career decision-making self–efficacy did mediating role in between intrinsic motivation and career preparation behavior. However, there was no significant difference in upper communication group and lower communication group. But, according to the test of path analysis, intrinsic motivation across career preparation behavior path and career decision-making self-efficacy path, that lower communication group had more statistically significant effects than upper communication group. It means university students are breaking free of influence their parents because they are almost adults. Also, it is no longer the influence of parents that is important for university students to prepare for, decide, and act on their career but their psychological values like intrinsic motivation.
