This study examines the impact of the Mentoring Dream Scholarship Program on the career development capabilities of low-income adolescents, focusing particularly on the effects of career-related activities in enhancing these capabilities. The Mentoring Dream Scholarship Program holds significance in that it goes beyond merely providing scholarships; it helps students discover their dreams and develop their talents through the educational and emotional support of mentor teachers. The purpose of this study is to scientifically investigate the influence of the Mentoring Dream Scholarship Program on students' career development capabilities and quantitatively measure the role of career exploration activities. Through this analysis, the study aims to reveal how mentoring programs contribute to students' career development.
