This study is a case study that examines the changes in language and behavior during each session of applying collage psychological counseling to socially isolated youth, as well as the analysis of collage works, to observe changes in psychological recovery. The subject of the study is a socially isolated young adult living in A city, Gyeonggi-do, who received collage psychological counseling once a week for 90 minutes, totaling six sessions, with an analysis conducted on four of the collage works. To evaluate the subject's psychological level, the resilience scale and tree drawing test were conducted to analyze pre- and post-changes. In addition, changes in the subject's language and behavior related to psychological recovery were observed and documented throughout the sessions, and the collage works were described focusing on overall evaluation, formal analysis, and content analysis. The results are as follows. Collage psychological counseling was able to confirm changes in the psychological recovery of isolated youth through a overall evaluation, formal analysis, and content analysis of collage works. The process of psychological recovery was observed through changes in language and behavior during each session. Additionally, meaningful changes were observed in the resilience scale and tree drawing test conducted to assess the psychological level of isolated youth before and after the collage psychological counseling. Based on these results, the potential for the application of collage psychological counseling in clinical settings was discussed.
