초록

The purpose of this study was to support christians parents to wisely carry out parenting in Christian perspective by utilizing the coaching method. This study constructed the program of parent coaching using TREASURE Talk Coaching Model developed by Lee(2014), and then developed tool and constructed system of education and training. This study constitutes a theoretical system of coaching program of Christian parents, and thetudy develops a tool for coaching program of Christian parents using TREASURE Talk Coaching Model. Also, this study constructs the system for education and training of a coaching program for Christian parents using TREASURE Talk Coaching Model. Regarding the conceptualization, Christian parent coaching was conceptualized as 'both children and parents having the assurance of salvation through utilizing parent coaching method. Two of the main teaching contents are the assurance of salvation and understanding of Jesus. Considering the education and training system of TREASURE Talk Coaching Model, the education and training system of two phases, hierarchically connected Christian Parent Coach phase (CPC, Christian Parent-Coach) and Christian Parents Coach FT phase (CPCF: Christian Parent-Coaching Facilitator) were constructed. Through such a process, I Heaven, christian parent-coaching program that help parents play the role as a christian parent was developed.
