초록
The purpose of this study is to identify the mediating effect of empathy and gender sensitivity in the relationship between controlling behavior and dating violence. Subjects were 231 adult men and women in 20s-30s. Results and as follows. First, controlling behavior has a positive effect on dating violence. Second, both empathy and gender sensitivity has negative mediating effects in the relationship between controlling behavior and dating violence. Third, empathy and gender sensitivity has double-mediating effect, and especially effect of empathy was greater. Based on these results, interventions methods to alleviate dating violence were discussed. But subjects were only in 20s-30s, and excluding the influence of the environment were pointed out as limitations of this study.
