Purpose: This study was conducted with the aim of providing positive help to Chinese students' adaptation and development to Korean university life by examining how the trust of leaders of Chinese students majoring in dance affects dance commitment and adaptation to college life. Methods: The researchers conducted a survey on Chinese dance major international students through purposive sampling method, and SPSS 23.0 was used to analyze data from a total of 304 participants. Result: According to the analysis results, first, it was found that leadership trust had a significant influence on dance commitment. Second, leadership trust was found to have a significant influence on university life adaptation. Third, dance commitment was found to have a significant influence on university life adaptation. Conclusion: The results confirmed that leadership trust is an important factor in promoting dance commitment, which ultimately enhances the students’ ability to adapt to university life. Therefore, we suggest that future programs designed to help Chinese dance major international students adapt to university life should take these factors into consideration.
