초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the realistic conditions for realizing equality, the core value of Donghak. According to Jigi-ontology, equality is a value that applies to all beings, including human beings, and thus Donghak is also the science of everything for equality. Literature studies and statistical indicators in various fields were used as a research method to explore the conditions for this realization. The contents of this study are, first, about the conditions of equality required between human beings. There are various types of inequality, including the problem of wealth inequality. Second, it is about the conditions of equality required between humans and non-human creatures, that is, humans and ecosystems. Here, humans are both the perpetrators and victims of the inequality between the two. The results of this study are, first, a strategy for human-human equality. In other words, it is a positive strategy that actively strengthens citizens' rights related to people's livelihood, and a negative strategy that fundamentally excludes privileges and fouls of the vested interests. Second, it is a strategy for equality between humans and ecosystems. That is, as an individual, choosing a more eco-friendly diet, or as a member of society, solidarity for the improvement of the biased structure of overproduction.
