초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the types of perception of work value of university students. A total of 32 students in the field of private university were selected as P samples and Q sorting was conducted. The analysis using PC QUANL program was classified into four types. The first type favored a stable career life as a 'stable career value pursuit type' and the second type had 'creative career value pursuit type'. The third type is 'societal job value pursuit type', the fourth type is 'relation - oriented job value pursuit type'. As a result of this study, we could know subjective perception and preference of each individual, and we hope to provide basic data of career counseling which can provide practical information for university.
