This is a study of the effect on organizational culture, self-efficacy and job satisfaction of self-leadership in public officials by using the regression analysis. According to the result of the study, the individual characteristics of organizational culture, sub-variables of self-efficacy, and job satisfaction have different effects on three constitutional concepts of self-leadership. Group culture has a significant impact on the natural reward strategies. While self-confidence, which is a sub-variable of self-efficacy, had a significant negative(-) impact on cognitive strategy, self - regulation efficacy has a positive(+) impact on behavior focused strategies and constructive thought pattern strategies. Task difficulty preferences has a positive (+) impact on natural reward strategies related to task motivation. Finally, job satisfaction related to work showed meaningful results with behavior focused strategies such as affecting individual 's behavior and leading to high performance. This study led to the implementation of specific research by examining the sub-variables of individual variables separately. In addition, it is significant that self-leadership was previously used as a reason variable or a parameter in the previous studies, but resulted in meaningful results as a result variable.
