아동의 성취압력과 자율성이 사이버폭력 가해에 미치는 영향 : 스마트폰 중독의 매개효과

초록

This study examined the relationships among achievement pressure, autonomy, smartphone addiction, and cyberbullying perpetration among upper elementary school children. Using data from the 14th and 15th waves of the Panel Study on Korean Children, structural equation modeling was conducted with 1,222 children. The results showed that achievement pressure and autonomy were not directly associated with cyberbullying perpetration. Achievement pressure was positively associated with smartphone addiction, whereas autonomy was negatively associated with smartphone addiction. Smartphone addiction was significantly positively associated with cyberbullying perpetration, and achievement pressure and autonomy showed indirect associations with cyberbullying perpetration through smartphone addiction. Although cyberbullying perpetration showed a low mean level and limited explanatory power, some indirect pathways were statistically significant. These findings suggest that achievement pressure and autonomy may be indirectly associated with cyberbullying perpetration through smartphone use characteristics.
