초록

This study we examined the mediating effects of the authenticity on the relationship between developmental level of the child counselor and the emotional bond with the child. The subjects were 182 child counselors and participates completed questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted by SPSS 23.0 and PROCESS macro. The results were as follows. First, the developmental level of children's counselors, emotional bonds with children, authenticity showed a positive correlation. Second, a sincere attitude, one of sub-factors of authenticity mediated the relationship between developmental level of the child counselor and the emotional bond with the child. This results suggest that it is important to emphasize not only counselor's professional experience but also warm and interested attitude in relation to children's counselor's training and education.
