The purpose of this study is to construct an integrated WISE-FIVE coaching model that helps the psychological growth of ‘꿈(kkum)꾀(kkoe)끼(kki)깡(kkang)끈(kkeun)’ in childhood, and to develop a tool to confirm the coaching effect. Preliminary models and tools were constructed based on a literature review and brainstorming, and a second suitability review was conducted. The experts who participated in the first suitability review, wrote a doctoral dissertation on coaching development, coaching psychology, and coaching education. The study participants were seven qualified Korea Professional Coaches (KPC) certified by the Korea Coach Association and three directors with a master’s thesis on personality psychology of Enneagram of Personality that managed infant education institutions and play centers for more than 10 years. Five experts who wrote a doctoral dissertation on children’s psychology and play therapy and worked as experts in child development centers and consultation centers, participated in the second suitability review. The first suitability review by experts is in four areas that consider the purpose and problem of the study: ① Psychological Characteristics and Meaning of ‘꿈(kkum)꾀(kkoe)끼(kki)깡(kkang)끈(kkeun)’; ② Meaning and Structure of WISE-FIVE as an Integrated Coaching Model; ③ Structure of Interaction Paradigm tools; and ④ data constructed in the question of ’꿈(kkum)꾀(kkoe)끼(kki)깡(kkang)끈(kkeun)’. As a result, suitability consisted of an average of 8.9 in three areas based on 10 points and 10 questions in ④ about psychological characteristics. Based on the results and feedback of the first review process, the second suitability review was ① Reconstitution of representative questions psychological coaching of ‘꿈(kkum)꾀(kkoe)끼(kki)깡(kkang)끈(kkeun)’ and ② Decided on the Interaction Paradigm. As a result, ① confirmed the suitability of 6.4 based on a 7-point Likert-type scale, and an interaction paradigm tool (OK-ko] was developed. In addition, test coaching was conducted on four young boys and girls with the final confirmed questions, suggesting a direction for future qualitative analysis research.
