초록

The purpose of this study was to test the mediating effects of perceived spousal support on the relationship between insecure adult attachment(attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance) and parenting stress. The data of total 411 mothers of preschool children aged 1∼7 around the nation was used in analysis. Collected data was analyzed with the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. The major findings were summarized as follows: First, there were significant correlations among insecure adult attachment(attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance), parenting stress, and perceived spousal support. Specifically, both attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance had significant positive correlations with parenting stress and significant negative correlations with perceived spousal support. Second, perceived spousal support partially mediated the relationship between attachment anxiety and parenting stress, and fully mediated the relationship between attachment avoidance and parenting stress.
