This study analyzed the experiences of victims, witnesses and perpetrators of bullying in the workplace through a grounded theoretical approach. On the situation and background of harassment in the workplace, the experience and response of 30 participants were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed based on a rationale- theoretical approach. Through this, the key concepts and categories were specified and the paradigm model was derived. Studies have shown that bullying in the workplace works as a kind of emotional stress not only for the victims but also for all members who have experienced it, and through emotional defense mechanisms against it, it becomes more serious and persists. The key category that connects a logical connection structure is found to be “the settlement of the bullying culture in the workplace.” It is meaningful that the study looked at bullying in the workplace as a process of changing the response feelings of the members experiencing it and expects to wide understanding about phenomenon and develop the actions to it.
