초록

The purpose of this research is to empirically validate the potential growth of developmental paths by longitudinal. In this research, participants were 13 students from first term to third term, who have finished the courses for gifted entrepreneur of next generation at KAIST and POSTEC institutes. And the same participants were tracked to empirically validate the potential growth of development path done by Yu(2015) by investigating how they are divided into. The analysis of the research was conducted according to the open coding and axis coding procedures proposed by Corbin & Strauss (2008). As a result, three types of potential growth of developmental path of the gifted entrepreneur of next generation in Yu’s research in 2015, which are ‘early venture,’ studying-venture,’ ’job-venture,’ were divided into 4 types, which are ‘venture,’ ‘venture-job,’ ‘studying,’ ‘job.’ Implications and further research directions are also discussed.
