초록
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between smart phone use and political participation of college students. More over, it is aimed to study whether the influence of smart phone use stays at the individual level or transcends to the societal level. By surveying two times with a longitudinal approach it is expected to find the change of such influences. The research results show that political involvement and efficacy are the main influential factors for political participation and they moderate the effects of social capital on political particiaption.
