초등학생의 기본심리욕구와 의사결정 참여의 관계: 교사의 자율성 지지의 조절 효과

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 초등학생의 기본심리욕구와 의사결정 참여의 관계에서 교사의 자율성 지지의 상호작용 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 초등학교 5, 6학년 남녀 학생 687명으로부터 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생의 기본심리욕구가 높으면 의사결정 참여가 높았고, 교사의 자율성 지지가 높으면 초등학생의 의사결정 참여가 높았다. 둘째, 초등학생의 의사결정 참여에 대하여 기본심리욕구와 교사의 자율성 지지는 조절 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 기본심리욕구의 하위요인 중 유능성과 관계성이 초등학생의 의사결정 참여에 미치는 영향에서 교사의 자율성 지지의 조절 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 하여 초등학생의 의사결정 참여를 증진시킬 수 있는 교사의 개입 방안 및 본 연구의 제한점을 논의하였다. | - |
