| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 유아용 순종 리더십 척도 개발을 위한 탐색적 연구로 유아용 순종 리더십 척도의 문항을 개발한 후 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는데 있다. 문항개발을 위해 먼저 서울 경기지역의 유치원 교사 70명을 대상으로 기관에서 관찰할 수 있는 순종 리더십에 관한 행동특성을 수집하였다. 그 다음 유아교육전문가 및 리더십 전문가 4인에게 내용타당도를 확인하여 재정리한 후, 서울 경기 지역의 어린이집 및 유치원 재원하고 있는 3-6세 유아의 부모 304명을 대상으로 수집된 데이터로 탐색적 요인분석, 상관계수 그리고 Cronbach α 계수를 구하여 유아 순종 리더십 척도의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 그 결과 4 개의 요인이 추출되었으며 문항의 내적 합치도는 .91 로 나타나 유아의 순종 리더십의 특성을 측정할 수 있는 타당하고 신뢰로운 도구로 확인되었다. | - |
