dc.description.abstract | The analysis results of collected data through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, χ2-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis are as follows. First, the results of service quality characteristics according to demographic variables indicate that gender shows significant differences in additional benefit factors, age shows significant differences in reliability and facilities. Second, the results of difference analysis of viewing satisfaction and re-spectating according to demographic variables indicate that age, occupation and academic background show significant differences in viewing satisfaction and re-spectating. Third, the results of multiple regression analysis to find out how service quality characteristics influence viewing satisfaction and re-spectating indicate that reliability, artistic quality and facilities have significant influence on viewing satisfaction and re-spectating. | - |
