dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 이전가격 결정방법이 소득이전에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이전가격 결정방법으로는 (1) 원가기준, (2) 시장가격 기준, (3) 협상가격 기준 그리고 (4) 복수기준 등이 있다. 이 중 원가기준은 내부적으로만 이용가능한 원가를 이용하여 결정되며, 원가에 가산되는 적정이익 등을 객관적으로 결정하기 어렵기 때문에 다른 방법에 비하여 조정의 여지가 많은 것으로 평가된다. 따라서 현지국에서 본국 또는 제3국으로 소득이전을 행하고자 하는 다국적기업들은 이전가격 결정방법으로 원가기준을 선택할 가능성이 높다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통하여 한국에 진출한 외국인 투자기업들의 이전가격 결정방법을 파악한 후 그들이 선택한 이전가격 결정방법에 따라 소득이전의 정도가 달라지는지를 분석하였다. 다국적기업이 본국 또는 제3국으로 소득이전을 행할 경우 매출총이익률이 상대적으로 낮을 것으로 예측되므로 본 연구는 매출총이익률을 이용하여 소득이전의 정도를 파악하였다. 분석 결과 이전가격 결정방법으로 원가기준을 사용하는 기업일수록 매출총이익률이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. <주제어> 이전가격, 소득이전, 원가기준 | - |
