dc.description.abstract | A new selection criterion is proposed to choose the efficient randomized response techniques. The efficiency of randomized response techniques which were suggested by several other researchers to estimate the proportion of persons bearing a sensitive characteristic in a dichotomous population are compared by the proposed selection criterion which can be explained by the concept of sample size. Futhermore, for the efficient comparison of randomized response techniques the various techniques that have been perceived differently due to their differences in allocation of probabilities through the random device are classified into two types. | - |
