Simultaneous monitoring of multiple physiological parameters are highly desirable for disease diagnosis and management. However, simultaneous interrogations of parameters from miniaturized sensors can be difficult; to overcome this difficulties, we present the dual sensing acousto-electric sensor capable of simultaneously measuring pressure and pH. The dual sensing is achieved by two electrically decoupled LC tanks emitting RF signal at their respective resonant frequencies under ultrasonic excitation. We designed, fabricated, and tested the dual sensing acousto-electric sensor. © 2022 IEEE.-
