대학생이 인식하는 코로나 블루와 대학 차원의 지원 방안에 대한 탐색적 연구: CQR-M 분석을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 대학생이 인식하는 코로나 블루와 코로나19 영향, 대학 차원의 지원 요구사항을 조사하기 위한 탐색적 연구이다. 서울, 충청권 4년제 사립대학 대학생을 대상으로 온라인 구글 설문지를 활용해 개방형 설문을 진행하고 CQR-M(Consensual Qualitative Research-Modified)을 사용하여 96명의 응답을 분석하였다. 분석 결과‘코로나 블루의 의미’,‘코로나19의 영향’,‘대학 차원의 지원 요구 사항’3개 영역에서 9개 범주, 27개의 하위범주가 도출되었다. 첫째, 대학생이 인식하는‘코로나 블루의 의미’영역에서는‘낭만적인 대학 생활과 활동의 제약·온라인 수업으로 인한 대학 생활의 실재감 부재·대인관계의 제한으로 인한 고립감 및 우울·취업 및 미래에 대한 걱정과 불안 확대’등 10개 하위범주가 도출되었다. 둘째,‘코로나19의 영향’에서는‘대학 생활 및 경험의 부재·대학 생활의 인간관계 단절·가족 갈등 및 심리적 불안정·비대면 수업으로 인한 학업 부적응’등 8개 하위범주가 도출되었다. 셋째,‘대학 차원의 지원 요구 사항’에서는‘비대면 수업 환경개선 및 질 관리·전문화된 맞춤형 서비스·장학금 지원 및 등록금 감면’등 9개 하위범주가 도출되었다. 본 연구는 코로나 블루, 코로나19 영향, 지원 요구사항을 세분화하여 살펴봄으로써 이들에게 필요한 현실적인 요구를 파악하여 효율적인 방법으로 초점화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기초자료를 마련했다는데 그 의의가 있다.

This study is an exploratory study to investigate the concept of Covid Blue, the influence of COVID-19, and support requirements at the university level perceived by college students. An open survey was conducted using an online Google questionnaire for four-year private university college students and 96 responses were analyzed using CQR-M. As a result of the analysis, 9 categories and 27 subcategories were derived from three areas: Meaning of Covid Blue, Impact of Covid 19, and Requirements for Support at the University level. First,‘the Meaning of Covid Blue’, recognized by college students, 10 subcategories were derived, including restrictions on romantic college life and activities, lack of reality in college life due to online classes, Isolation and depression due to interpersonal restrictions, and expansion of worries and anxiety about the future. Second,‘The Impact of COVID-19,’8 subcategories were derived, including the absence of college life and experience, disconnection of human relationships in college life, family conflict and psychological instability, academic maladjustment due to non-face-to-face classes. Third, 9 subcategories were derived from the‘University-level support requirements’such as improving the environment and quality of non-face-to-face classes, specialized customized service and scholarship support, and tuition reduction. The frequency and results of each area were analyzed and presented, the significance and limitations of the study were discussed, and suggestions for subsequent studies were made.
