요구분석을 통한 유아체육 지도자의 지도역량 우선순위 도출

Abstract

본 연구는 유아체육 지도자에게 필요한 지도역량 요인을 파악하고 해당 역량의 우선순위를 도출하기 위하여 실시하였다. 문헌검색과 전문가의 명목집단을 통해 작성된 설문지로 전국 유아체육 지도자로 활동 중인 219명의 지도자를 대상으로 하여, 신뢰도 분석, t-검정, 그리고 유아체육 지도자로서 갖추어야 하는 역량과 요구분석의 우선순위를 산출하기 위하여 Borich 요구도, The Locus for Focus 모델의 방법이 분석에 사용되었다. 그 결과 첫째, 유아체육 지도자의 지도역량은 4개 군, 10개의 분야, 총 40개의 세부역량이 도출되었다. 둘째, 도출된 역량의 우선순위를 분석한 결과, 발달단계를 고려한 프로그램 구성 및 운영능력, 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 프로그램 구성, 프로그램 개발 및 설계, 다양하고 적합한 교구 사용, 돌발상황 대처능력 등의 순서로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아체육 지도자들이 인식하는 중요수준 평균이 높으며 중요도와 보유도 차이 평균이 높은 역량은 발달단계를 고려한 프로그램 구성 및 운영능력, 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 프로그램 구성, 돌발상황 대처능력, 다양하고 적합한 교구 사용, 유아의 동기 및 흥미유발, 유아관찰 및 평가능력, 안전사고 예방 및 대처능력, 안전한 수업환경 유지로 총 8개 역량으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate what the early childhood physical education instructors' educational competency are and the order of priority in their competency. For those purpose, this study used data from 219 Questionaires gathered from early childhood physical education instructors of the sports for all fields. The survey were about competency model and competency needs of the research participants. Using the ways of data analysis in this study were Cronbanch’ α analysis, paired t-test, Borich needs analysis formula and the Locus for Focus model. As results, first, a total of 40 detailed competencies, including 4 counties and 10 fields, were identified as the educational competencies of early childhood physical education instructors. Second, through the Borich needs analysis formula, program composition and operation ability considering the children’s development level, program development and design that can induce interest, use of various suitable teaching tools, and ability to cope with unexpected situations were in order. Third, through the Locus for Focus model, 8 of early childhood physical education instructors competency, as program composition and operation ability considering the developmental level, program composition that can induce interest, various suitable teaching tools, infant motivation and evaluation ability, prevention of safety accident and safety environment were in HH quadrant.
