골프아카데미 지도자의 리더십행동과 관계의 질, 성과와의 구조적 관계

Abstract

이 연구에서는 골프지도자의 리더십유형이 골프선수들의 관계의 질과 성과와의 구조적인 인과관계를 검증하고, 골프선수들의 성과를 높이기 위한 리더십 전략 및 리더십 행동 전략을 수립하는 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 2020년 10월 인천, 경기지역에의 골프아카데미 300명을 모집단으로 설정한 뒤 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0ver과 AMOS18.0ver을 이용하여 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프아카데미 지도자의 리더십행동과 관계의 질에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프아카데미 지도자의 리더십 행동과 성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계의 질은 성과에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 고객의 니즈가 점차 다양해지고 빠르게 변화하고 있는 환경변화에 따라 치열하게 진행되고 있는 경쟁에서 살아남기 위해서 지도자의 다양한 상황에 따른 리더십이 필요하다고 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to verify the structural relationship between the quality of the relationship and the performance of the golf leader’s leadership type. The subjects for the study were 300 athletes from the golf academy in Gyeonggi and Incheon. The survey was conducted using the convenience sampling method. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 ver and AMOS 18.0 ver. The results are as follows. First, golf leader’s leadership type was had an impact on quality of the relationship. Second, golf leader’s leadership was had an impact on performance. Third, golf leader’s leadership was had an impact on performance. Therefore, it is believed that leadership according to various situations of leaders is needed to survive the fierce competition due to the changing environment of customers’ needs.
