프로티언 커리어와 구성주의 진로상담의 관련성 탐구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 프로티언 커리어의 메타역량과 구성주의 진로상담이론의 관련성을 탐구하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 프로티언 커리어와 구성주의 진로상담 각각의 개념과 배경 철학을 탐구하고 그 관련성에 대하여 진로상담개입을 중심으로 파악하였다. 특히 양자 개념의 관련성을 파악하는데 있어서 구성주의 진로상담의 주요 개념인 생애주제와 적응에 중점을 두었다. 연구결과, 프로티언 커리어와 구성주의 진로상담은 포스트모던 세계관을 공유하였다. 즉, 양자의 철학적 입장은 자기 인식을 경험의 의미 구성으로 바라보며 개인의 주체적 능동성을 강조하며 환경과의 맥락 속에서 지속적인 학습능력의 관련성을 중요시 하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 지속적인 커리어 개발에 있어 개인의 자기이해를 통한 적응성을 향상 시키는 방향으로의 진로상담 기법 등에 중요한 함의를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the relevance of career construction theory to the metacompetence of a protean career. In order to achieve this research purpose, this study explored the concept and background philosophy of protean career and career construction counseling, and grasped the relationship with career counseling intervention. In particular, the focus was on life themes and adaptability, which are the main concepts of career construction counseling in grasping the relevance of protean career. As a result of the research, the protean career and career construction counseling shared the postmodern world view. In other words, the philosophical position of emphasized self-awareness as the semantic component of experience, emphasizing the subjective activity of the individual, and emphasizing the relevance of continuous learning ability in context with the environment. The results of this study are expected to provide important implications for career counseling techniques in the direction of enhancing adaptability through personal self-understanding in continuous career development.
