Abstract
The objective of this study is to analyze the relations of anaerobic capacity, health-related physical fitness, and wellness in accordance with the educational level of dancers. In the results of analysis of this study, the Peak Power(PP) and Average Power(AP) out of the factors of anaerobic capacity showed statistically significant differences(p<.05) in accordance with the educational level. There were no significant differences in the Fatigue Index(FI) in accordance with the educational level. The Physical Efficiency Index(PEI) out of the factors of health-related physical fitness showed statistically significant differences (p<.05) in accordance with the educational level. The factors like Flexibility, Weight, Intra/Extra cellular water, Muscle weight, LBM, Skeletal mass, Body fat mass, BMI, and PBF did not show statistically significant differences in accordance with the educational level. In the results of analyzing the survey on wellness, there were statistically significant differences (p<.05) in the Physical Dimension while there were no statistically significant differences between four-types of dance experiences such as Spiritual and Emotional Dimension, Safety and Self Care Dimension, Intellectual Dimension, and Social Dimension. Based on this study, the further researches could suggest the research standard that is led to the disease treatment/prevention using big data that could verify not only the correlation between physical fitness and wellness of dancers, but also the correlation between physical fitness and injury of dancers in the category of dynamics and physiology.
