dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of wearing functional wear emits wave energy and regular complex exercise on body fat and blood lipid with twenty-four obese women. The subject were devided into experimental(n=12) and control group(n=12) and participated 60min's complex exercise program consisted of treadmill running and circuit weight training, 3~4times a week during 12weeks. At pre and Post of 12weeks' treatment, measured body composion and blood profile. The results were as follows. First, body weight and %bodyfat decreased significantly in experimental group. Second, TC, LDL-C and TG decreased significantly in experimental group. These results suggested that wearing functional wear emits wave energy and regular complex exercise should be recommended as an effective method to prevent and cure obesity-
