dc.description.abstract | The study aims to found the basis of grasping adolescent's welfare in China under the conditions of few precedent studies. It examines the mutual relationship of adolescent and the related laws such as population policy, welfare policy and protective law of adolescent in China in order to found the basis of wider and deeper study on chinese adolescent. And it considers the seven representative adolescent's organizations and their activities in China. Chinese adolescent became the object which gets benefits of policy and welfare as an individual social constituent group after the Reformation and Opening of China. So the contents and demands of adolescent's welfare aren't practically various. Many adolescent groups are organized and active. However, the groups are organized or act not by self-regulation nor by private hands, but with permissions of the government or the Communist Party according to the seven representative adolescent organizations and their activities. That is the reason why their activities and contents of activity are repeated. Adolescent's needs and their lives out of the system are not exactly in accord with the direction of public business that the government and the Communist Party pursuit. | - |
