동남아시아 및 중국계 결혼이민여성의 동화적응과 삶의 질에 관한 연구: 다중집단 분석을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구에서는 동남아시아 및 중국계 결혼이민여성을 대상으로 다문화 정책 수용과이들의 동화적응, 그리고 삶의 질 간의 구조적 영향관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 다중집단분석에 의한 가설검증 결과, 동남아시아계 결혼이민여성의 다문화정책 이용경험은 동화적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 하지만 중국계 결혼이민여성은 다문화정책 이용경험이 동화적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한동남아시아계 및 중국계 결혼이민여성 모두 한국어 능력과 동화적응이 삶의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 하지만 동남아시아계 및 중국계 결혼이민여성의다문화정책 이용경험은 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 결혼이민여성의 동화적응 및 삶의 질 향상을 위한 이론적⋅정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationships among multicultural policy acceptance, assimilation, and quality of life of Southeast Asia and Chinese marriage-immigrant women. The results of the multi-group analyses indicate that the experience of using multicultural policy has a positive influence on the assimilation of marriage-immigrant women in Southeast Asia. Otherwise, the experience of using multicultural policy does not have a positive effect on the assimilation of Chinese marriage-immigrant women. Furthermore, the Korean language ability and assimilation have a positive influence on the quality of life in the both. The experience of using multicultural policy does not have a significant effect on the quality of life in the both. Based on the results, the theoretical and policy implications for improving marriage-immigrant women’s assimilation and quality of life are suggested.
