- Abstract
- 본 논문은 87년 민주화 이후 한국사회에 ‘아래로부터의 역동성’이 쇠퇴되게 된 배경과 2007년 현재 민중민주주의 실현을 위한 과제에 대한 연구이다. 본문에서는 한국사회에 아래로부터의 역동성 쇠퇴 배경을 신자유주의 진전 과정에서 이루어진 ‘대리정치(代理政治)’와 국민의 정부에서 참여정부로 이어진 소위 ‘민주정부’의 경제노동법률 정책을 중심으로 규명한다. 결론에서는 한국사회에 아래로부터의 역동성 복원, 즉 민중민주주의 실현을 위한 과제로 ‘평등연대’와 ‘경제민주화’를 제기한다.
