| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 기술 환경 기반의 사회에서, 개개인의 평생학습을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 정책방안을 체계적으로 수립하기 위하여 관련 분야 전문가의 의견을 수렴하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 ‘유비쿼터스’와 ‘평생학습체제’에 대한 개념적 탐색을 기초로 질문문항을 개발하고 관련 분야 전문가들을 선별하여 면담을 실시하였다. 15명의 전문가를 대상으로 심층면담을 실시한 결과, 유비쿼터스 사회에서 평생학습을 활성화하기 위해서는 유비쿼터스 사회상에 대한 개념적 일치 확립, 인프라 구축과 다양한 서비스 개발, 수요에 근거한 풍부한 콘텐츠 확보가 선행되어야 하며, 정보격차 해소 등 유비쿼터스 사회의 역기능에 대한 법적, 제도적 대책 마련이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. | - |
