dc.description.abstractThis paper implemented a survey with 452 hair beauty employees in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do to identify the impact of positive psychological capital in hair beauty employees on job satisfaction and turnover intention. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were executed using the SPSS v 20.0 statistics package program. In accordance with the analysis, positive psychological capital in hair beauty employees had a positive(+) correlation with job satisfaction and positive psychological capital and job satisfaction showed a statistically significant negative(-) correlation with turnover intention. Positive psychological capital had a significant impact on job satisfaction and had a negative(-) impact on turnover intension. The negative(-) impact of job satisfaction on turnover intention was statistically significant. As described above, positive psychological capital can act as an important variable in naturally reducing turnover intention and improving job satisfaction if hope, self-efficacy and resilience are enhanced through positive psychological capital in hair beauty employees.-
