In the current ever-changing business landscape, prosperous firms are the ones that go beyond conventional profit-oriented models and instead focus on generating value for. This paradigm shift involves three critical factors: creating consumer-centered value beyond profit, fostering consumer-centered innovation, and developing adaptive and diversified business models. Halodoc, CASETiFY, Walton, Gojek, TikTok, Zenyum, Seven & i Holdings, Amul, and Shein are examples of companies that showcase this approach. They demonstrate that by prioritizing societal impact, employing innovative consumer engagement strategies, and being strategically adaptable, they can achieve long-term success and resilience in a dynamic market. The integration of creating consumer-centered value beyond profit, fostering consumer-centered innovation, and developing adaptive and diversified business models has proven to be a winning strategy for contemporary businesses. These elements collectively contribute to building stronger stakeholder relationships, enhancing brand reputation, and achieving sustainable growth.
