- Abstract
- 본 연구는 전산화건반훈련이 좌측 편마비 뇌졸중환자의 시지각 능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시행하였다. 연구 대상은 서울 소재 K병원 입원환자 중 뇌병변이 우측 뇌경색 혹은 뇌출혈로 진단된 12명의 환자이며, 연구는 2015년 4월부터 5월까지 회기 당 30분의 개별 세션으로 12회기 동안 시행되었다. 본 연구를 위해 고안된 전산화건반훈련을 수행한 결과, 뇌졸중 환자의 비운동성 시지각 평가와 시각기억검사에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 한편, 전산화건반수행평가와 시각지속검사에는 사전, 사후 검사에서 향상을 보였으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구는 악보를 이용한 다감각적 건반활동인 전산화건반훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 인지재활에서 시지각 능력과 하위요소인 시각적 기억력에 관여할 뿐 아니라 재활환자들의 치료동기를 높이는 측면에서도 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다.
