Abstract

This research is for the purpose of self-expression training for probation of the Juvenile offender students. Through this drill, youths learn how to express their rights or opinions in a truthful, appropriate manner. Another object is to prove the effects of reduce assault and self-expression through before and after interviews. This program is composed of 11 meetings, role-playing, coaching, reading hand-outs, practice through dyads, feedback, encouragement and intensification of leaders. It has been evaluated that through this program the ability to express has increased in the members, and the observers have also considered there to be much progress. However the psychological intervention of each individual is deep and long-term guidance is needed.
